I’d just like to apologise to everyone for taking up such a large portion of your dashboard by indulging in this drawn-out, deconstructionist meta-joke, and yes I do recognise the ‘irony’ in taking up even more of your dash by posting this apology as an addendum.

for the last few days ive been thinking about what happened to kyoani a lot and how it sucks so here’s a little nod to a kyoani work that left a great impression on me as a teen: the disappearance of haruhi suzumiya. i watched it with 0 context but i still loved it. the animation was great and all that but what i loved the most out of the movie was the damn pacing and the little details they put in; i still clearly remember the little tag that kyon’s scarf for some reason. so thank u kyoani staff for making these wholesome lil things bless them :’)
